¡Hola!
This week has been awesome! On Thursday we had an activity at the Temple
and 53 investigators, members, and less-actives from our ward came! Everyone
loved it! In the activity they talked about why we have temples and what we do,
baptism, auxiliary organizations, the Book of Mormon, family history, and the
plan of salvation. I also got to see some people from other areas I've been in,
but there wasn't any time to take pictures with all of them.
General Conference was AWESOME! It really
helped me learn a lot, answer questions, and see what I need to improve and how
to live my life. I know that as we follow their counsel we'll be on the right
track that leads to perfection and exaltation and we'll be worthy of the
blessings He has for us.
Sadly, Ana Gloria probably isn't going to be
baptized this week. One day we went to visit her and she said that she didn't
want to be baptized or do anything anymore. She wouldn't tell us why at first,
but we knew that someone had told her something that wasn't true. Finally we
were able to get it out of her that she was "talking" with some Catholic friends
one day, but she wouldn't tell us what they said. We're still going to work with
her though and see how we can help her.
The good news is that Alberto Callejas is
totally ready for his baptismal date April 19th!
¡Levántate! ¡Podemos hacerlo ahora!
Love,
